FUTURE
PAST Score:
Opening Sequence (553 KB mp3)
To open
the Sci-Fi film I used a combination of choir and symphony with synthesizer.
I then added Asian instruments to give a touch of something out of
the ordinary.

FUTURE
PAST Score:
Museum on the Moon Theme (2.86 MB
mp3)
This is probably the prettiest
thing I've composed so far. The last quarter really soars when the
oboe drops in it. Mostly melodic strings, flute, and oboe, with a
little synth thrown in to connect with the other scenes.

FUTURE
PAST Score:
Action Sequence (1.98 MB mp3)
In this
sequence the main character is being chased by a robot, so I added
a lot of clanging junk in the background to give a metallic quality
to the rhythm.

FUTURE
PAST Score:
Ending Sequence (2.44 MB mp3)
The final sequence is
sort of a dark march. I wanted to combine what had been done in the
other parts with a different rhythm and a more ominous horn section.

ATOMIC
BANANA (2.3
MB mp3)
This score
is greatly influenced by the work of Barry Gray, who composed the
music for much of Gerry Anderson's TV shows including Captain Scarlet
and Thunderbirds. In the middle I pay homage to the Mission Impossible
theme.

I
THINK THEREFORE I MUST BE A SUPERHERO (Captain Contemplation Theme
Song)
(686 KB mp3)
This song
launched me into making scores. I recorded this song as a joke when
I was working on Captain Contemplation and the crew gave me a chance
to do the full score.

CAPTAIN
CONTEMPLATION (1.7
MB mp3)
Basically
a synthesized symphony weaving the melody of the theme song in with
a monster theme.
